An equal length patio,100sqm., completely done in stone, provides a peaceful area for relaxing, dining and cooling-off on summer evenings.
Here guests can lounge in comfortable summer garden sofas while enjoying refreshment or a meal on crystal-topped wrought-iron tables.

Her skills have created a splendid welcoming abode, by combining antiques period with neoclassics, blended together with every modern comfort. It is also the ideal point of departure for visiting Florence (9kms) and its Renaissance wonders, or for a walk through any of the medieval hamlets of Chianti, where one can enjoy the exquisite specialties of ancient Tuscan cuisine, watered down with the most prestigious of wines.
The adjoining Chianti Classico area, with its numerous vineyards, historic town centers and lively markets, invite you to the Italian way of living with all its pleasures. There is a galore of sports opportunities, such as one of the most famous golf courses of Italy, Ugolino, just 15 minutes away from San Donato. San Donato is the local village for all your basic necessities, 1.5 Km's from the Anna's Limonaia. Also the most exclusive items in terms of fashion can be found nearby in the outlets of the major Italian fashion houses. And above the Limonaia begins a wonderful walking trail, through woodland and rural tracks, as far reaching as Siena.
The house is surrounded by 10 ha of Chestnut woodland, Olive groves and landscaped gardens, with flowering shrubs, and lemon trees.
Attached at the front of the house there is a 90sqm large roofed terrace, positioned to soak up the incredible view and perfect for entertaining or relaxing.

La Limonaia has 2 floors.
Ground Floor:
On the ground floor there is a very large living room with a gallery and a fitted glass fireplace with a stone fire surround, there are two small fitted kitchens one with a breakfast table, and a formal dining room also with an open fireplace.
First Floor:
On the first floor there are 2 double bedrooms, each furnished with a king sized bed, a walk-in closet and an en-suite bathroom, between the two bedrooms is a large shared dressing room. The Master Bedroom has a large King sized bed, a writing table and Satellite television.
Natural light floods into the room through two enormous windows in the roof, these windows can be opened automatically.
From the Master Bedroom there is a direct access to the en-suite bathroom with a shower, bidet, loo and wash hand basin, doors open into a walk in wardrobe with a separate shoe closet.
The second bedroom, is a junior suite, also furnished with a large King sized bed, and one single bed again with a large roof window, an en-suite bathroom with a shower, bidet, loo and wash hand basin. A door into a walk-in wardrobe. Each Bedroom has an independent stone stair case, and between each of the bedrooms is a shared dressing room, with extensive shelving and hanging space.
