The Borgo is next to the Golf Club San Domenico an 18 hole championship course bordering the blue of the the Adriatic Sea. The course is spread over 6.300 metres of lush land featuring undulating green grass with sea views from every point.


In this beautiful Borgo in Puglia Region there are 28 VILLAS all with private swimming pools all furnished with style and elegance.
The Villas at BORGO FASANO were built for a relaxing vacation with luxury and comfort.
For an intimate stay, 28 private Villas, nestled in the rich Mediterranean vegetation with private pools and lushly landscaped gardens.
Each villa is 250 square meters (nearly 2700 square feet) divided as follows:
Ground Level: Entry, living area with sofas, dining area with table and chairs, fireplace, I Dock station, fully equipped kitchen with a table(washer/dryer unit), guest bathroom, private pool and a beautiful garden surrounded by the colors and scents of local flora such as olive trees, rosemary, jasmine, lemon trees and prickly pear cactus.
First floor: Master Bedroom with large bathroom (walk-in shower and bath) and wak-in closet, second bedroom with bathroom and little cabine with a desk. Each bedroom has a private balcony.
Second floor: Rooftop Terrace with amazing view overlooking the Adriatic Sea, D’ Itria Valley, the resort and San Domenico Golf.
Lower level: Bedroom with twin beds, bonus room (that may flexibly become a fourth bedroom, reading room, massage room or nanny quarters), large living area with sofa bed and 46’ flat screen and home theatre; bathroom with shower. (In most cases, lower level does not have outdoor access or natural light)
Villa guests have access to exclusive service options (at an additional charge) such as a personal assistant, butler, family nanny, or private chef to name a few.
Villa guests from each of the 28 units and seven building have access to all resort services and amenities via interconnected walkways so guests can conveniently enjoy the world-leading Trullini Kid’s Club, as well as, the San Domenico Championship Golf Club, Cooking Academy, Egnathia Spa, Private Beach Club, Swimming Pools, Piazza, Restaurants, Retail and more.

Villa categories are determined by the size of the private garden and pool as follows:
Grand Garden Villa pool size starting from 6.50 mt x 2.50 mt
Royal Garden Villa pool size starting from 8 mt x 3.00 mt
Imperial Garden Villa pool size starting from 10 mt x 3.40 mt
Maximum occupancy 8 people total (see below).
There is no additional charge for six people; however, there will be an additional charge per person over the first six. Additional bedding for persons 7-8 will be on the lower lever on either the double fold out sofa bed in the entertainment area, or on a portable twin bed in the bonus room.
