La Luna, a world-renowned luxury vacation villa in the little village of Praiano, features breathtaking views over the Amalfi coast from Positano to Capri. 7 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms are included in its 10,000 square feet. In addition to the main house, Villa Luna features three guest houses, comprising an ancient cliff-top tower, a pool house, and a beach house. Numerous terraces and gardens offer splendid views over the ocean. Praiano is a beautiful small town on the Amalfi Coast. Its unique position gives it incomparable views of the coast and sea, views embellished by the characteristic "Li Galli" Islands and the Faraglioni rock of Capri, which you can see in the distance. This a place where you can enjoy some of the most evocative sunsets anywhere in the world.

From the main road you reach the villa by descending about 180 stairs and a path of about 300 meters; this pathway leads to the sea and crosses a splendid panoramic square in front of the Church of Saint Gennaro. A further path of about 200 stairs gives private access to the sea.
The nearby town of Positano is an ideal place to spend pleasant hours shopping in the renowned Fashion Positano Boutiques.
EXTERNAL DETAILS
This magnificent property consists of a habitable area of about 600 square meters surrounded by an enchanting garden of about 3.000 square meters. An equipped solarium terrace of about 75 square meters contains an outdoor bathroom and gives access to the beautiful freshwater swimming pool with Hydro-massage system.
A Terrace Garden of about 3.000 square meters occupies several terraces framed by small white columns. The intermediate terrace, graced with a wonderful ceramic garden seat created by local craftsmen, is one of the most evocative corners of Praiano and of the Villa. The upper terrace contains a relax zone/gymnasium area with a Hydro-massage bathtub for 6 people.
A pool house just steps from the outdoor swimming pool features an oversized picture window inside the main shower.
Down about 200 steps there is private access to the sea.
Villa Luna consists of 4 independent buildings.
The Central Building, of about 450 square meters, on two levels.
The Ground Floor opens onto a wonderful furnished terrace of about 200 square meters completely overlooking the sea, with unrivalled views of the coast. Inside the entrance is a reception area with antique furnishings. This leads to the magnificent large living room furnished with fireplace and white sofas and lit by 2 windows opening onto the panoramic terrace.
A corridor, equipped with cupboards, leads to 1 double bedroom for guests, 1 bathroom with bathtub, 1 double bedroom with fireplace, and 1 small bathroom(basin, toilet); there is also a TV, LCD, and a balcony which opens on the sea view terrace. There is a fully equipped spacious kitchen containing a freezer, refrigerator, two ovens, and a stovetop with 6 burners; 2 tables with chairs. Some of the walls are bare stone, as is typical of the area. It is illuminated by 3 windows that open onto the surrounding garden.
The First Floor includes a lounging room furnished with sofas, fireplace and library, illuminated by 3 wonderful arched windows which offer an extraordinary view of the sea, of Positano, of "Li Galli"Islands and of Capri's Faraglioni.
There are two splendid Twin Suites. The first suite includes a small sitting room with fireplace opening onto a sea view balcony of about 12 square meters; there is a 42-inch LCD TV; 2 beautiful windows overlooking the sea are framed by soft white curtains, and there are also electrically-operated blackout curtains. The double en suite bathroom has a bathtub and cupboards; another bathroom opening onto the corridor contains an antique bathtub with brass fittings.
The second of the Twin Suites has a fireplace, a 32-inch LCD TV, and two balconies overlooking the sea. The windows are shaded by soft, white, elegant curtains, and also fitted with electrically operated blackout curtains. The en suite bathroom contains a hydro-massage bathtub (chromo therapy) placed close to the magnificent window from which you can enjoy an incredible view of the coast and sea.
All rooms in the Villa are equipped with air conditioning, heating system, satellite TV, DVD player, and stereo system.
A Guest House of about 70 square meters is reached directly from the solarium terrace by climbing a few stairs. The entrance room is equipped with a refrigerator and wash basin. The double bedroom, with TV, is lighted by 2 windows overlooking the sea. The en suite bathroom has a hydro-massage bathtub with a marvelous large window framing an extraordinary view of the sea.
The Tower of about 60 square meters is on two levels:
The Ground Floor contains a bathroom with hydro-massage shower;
the Upper Floor is reached both internally and externally through a spiral staircase. The double bedroom is furnished with fireplace, TV, and sofa, and it is lit by two sea view windows.
The Suite on the Sea is reached through a path of about 200 stairs leading to the private access to the sea. This delightful and peaceful Suite includes a double bed sofa, a shower bathroom, and a panoramic terrace of about 30 square meters. FEATURES
